Every engagement is led by a named service lead who stays on it from kickoff to close — the lead is matched to the problem, not to whoever is free, and does not change once the contract is signed. Around that lead we field a pod of two to four people: the lead, an analyst, and a specialist drawn from the seven service leads on this page — business architecture, change, enterprise architecture, AI solutions, strategy and programme management, or process documentation. We do not staff engagements with an anonymous subcontractor bench. Everyone on the pod is named before the contract is signed.
Sasha is involved in every engagement. On diagnostics and architecture sprints she leads delivery directly. On full integration programmes she sets the approach, joins the executive checkpoints and reviews the work weekly while the service lead runs the day-to-day. If a pod member has to change mid-engagement, we propose the replacement in writing and the client sponsor approves it before the switch.
